For several years, America's Army has had a strong interest from the Tactical Gamer community. We have tried time and again to get an America's Army server to be successful, but there were too many barriers to entry with us being unable to run an Honor server. That time has come and past.

Tactical Gamer is pleased to announce the launch of our brand new America's Army Direct Action 2.5 Honor Server!

The server is now online and should be ready for your use. We have already completed the registration process and are waiting for our Honor registration to be fully processed. This registration will take place within 24 hours and the Tactical Gamer server will then be an official AA Honor server!

In the meantime, you can still hop on and play and get re-acquainted with the game. You can also go check out our America's Army forums and show some interest there.

Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. It means it's registered with www.americasarmy.com and allows you to earn Honor points from experience. So everytime you play your experience or score goes into honor levels which accrue as you play. Higher levels give you more advancements and missions/maps.

What if you got dishonored a long time ago? I used to play about once every 6 months, and about 3 days after one of those sessions I got a nastygram from the AA people saying my account was caught cheating so I had to go back to training or something and couldn't play with the big boys again until my honor was sufficiently high.

I don't even know HOW to cheat in AA, so all I can figure is someone hacked my account. Since the note pretty much said "we know what we're doing so don't even think about questioning us," I dropped the game and haven't played since.

I would be interested in joining TG in this, but will this undeserved stain continue to haunt me?

You COULD always create a new account and start over with 10 honor, but you'd have to go through all the training again anyway.

Yeah, that's an option. Probably worth it now that I'm in a real teamplay community instead the "before-time."

There's quite a few of us with 10-15 honor trying to build up the points. nickhastapee turned me on to the miles mout training maps. They're very quick rounds and you can quickly rack up some points there.

Trooper

if im looking to build up points i just find a server that plays the bridge crossings map...my opinion the best one...and play medic/assult.

you can get about 30 points for all there heals,,,and then lay down some great fire support

I used Pipeline to get to 15 pretty quick... Play on the assault side as a medic and go for one of the valves and you will usually get goal points plus any kills plus any heals and plus any victories. I went from honor 12 to 16 in just a few hours.
