Yeah, that sucks. Badger had real good reasons for that method of install, although I never had an issue with patching first and then adding the mods.

Can you identify the variant to be played for these? I just found out that the OFP to be played tomorrow is not the basic one; it's an add-on, expansion, or something. It's OFP:Resistance.

Actually, Resistance is part of the GOTY edition. If you have that, and OFP Watch, you are golden.

All the relevant server information is in each of these games forums.

Please read the SOPs as we will assume that anyone participating in the Club as read them.

Yes, if I did have OFP: Resistance I would be golden, indeed. But I don't. More specifically, I have a 2 disk version: 1 disk is OFP:Cold War Crisis 1.0; other disk brings it up to version 1.3 and includes version called Red Hammer.

Anyway, the sooner I can learn the versions of the other games in the series, the greater chance I can game with the group. For now, I'm SOL, I guess.

Excellent idea. I'd love to be part of the club. Unfortunately, I don't own OF. But I do own Ghost Recon (just bought it yesterday) and plan on eventually getting OF if I can find it.

Several SMs wanted OFP first, so that's why it's first on the rotation.

Next week is America's Army, which is free, so I assume everyone can make that.

Ghost Recon made the list because we need to get up and running before GRAW hits.

Day of Defeat made the rotation due to popular demand, and most of us already have it.

I wanted a SWAT4 night personally.

The rotation can, and probably will change, so don't worry if you don't have one of the titles.

Attend what you can.

Does NED get installed after all the other mods and patches? I'm downloading everything now to get ready for Sunday!

It can be. I only recommend the other mods because I could not connect once because I did not have all the mods that the server has installed. I'm trying to avoid players getting a similar error.

The test would be to install the game, patch it, then install NED and see if you can connect.

We have two GR servers, which one are we using, which one has the mod activated... so I can test before next Sunday... and are we sure one of the other dedicated groups aren't using the server.. I know quite a few hardcore inner TG groups still play GR.

BTW I wanted SWAT4 also, but it's co-op only allows 5 right now, (till add-on is released), so that game wouldn't work with this group...because I sure wouldn't want to tell people were full if they show up. (of course theres other modes, but I personally don't like them.)

OFP was an A
AA was an A+

GR should get a nice group

Still unsure about DoD, we will see.

It is important to note that:

1. The rotation is not set in stone.

Any game that gets a mediocre response will get jettisoned for something that Club Members want to play.

So far, I have heard the following floated:
Call of Duty 2
SWAT4
Dystopia
Soldner
Raven Sheild 3

Ok, noone floated that last one. That was all me.

If GR or DoD fall flat, they could be replaced by one of these titles, or another title altogether.

2. We will have a dedicated forum, linked off the Members Forum.

3. Banners, ribbons, etc. will be made available to attendees as soon as we can cobble something sexy together.

The Mod server is the one marked TG 3.0. All mods other than NED are listed as inactive.
