The scene was set, The mood was tense, and the temperature was scalding. That's the kind of thing you expect when you get forty of the hottest players World of Warcraft has ever seen together in one tight space. Last Night, 20 members and friends of the Tactical Gamer World of Warcraft guild teamed up with 20 members of The Velvet Blades, and Stormed Molten Core. That's right... Stormed.
Under the deft leadership of our end game raid leader Skeet, our 40 man raid group toppled everything that stood in the way of us reaching Lucifron, (The biggest, baddest snake man boss
TG has yet to face.) Huge Fiery Giants, Rocky elementals, and even a few humongous two headed fire dogs got a taste of pure defeat, and dropped some truly epic loot for us. Hunters, Rogues,and Warriors were delighted to get their hands on the Giantstalker Bracers, the NightSlayer Bracers (which went to our very own Vinzalf! Gratz!), and the Bracers of Might.
Before we knew it, We were facing Lucifron and his two snake cronies. It took us a couple of tries, but in the end, (as if it could be any other way) Lucifron slithered his last slither, and allowed us to loot his sorry behind. Congrats to our Fearless Leader Luna for her new Choker of Enlightenment, and to our good friend Ahkashah for her Salamander Scale Pants.
Molten Core isn't going anywhere anytime soon, and the Tactical Gamer Guild is gonna teach it a few things about being hot!
