Wow! Thanks to all of you who have worked so hard to make our little home on the internet, a fine place indeed. For all of you moving into new positions, good luck, and enjoy.

Thank you, both to those ending their service and to those increasing their service to this community! It's much appreciated.

Re: New Game Officers Appointed!

Congratulations to you all. I wasn't mentioned but I'm helping out on the RO side of things and will probably try to get involved in the first game we choose to support that runs on Unreal Engine 3.0 or on Allied Assault (whichever would be released first).

Re: New Game Officers Appointed!

Thank you to the admin teams for your work... One thing we had in my SWG-WOW clan was an "elder" status. This group was comprised of former leaders/admins etc that had served relatively extended tours but have had to step down for whatever reason. In our clan Elder status didn't confer any special privelages (other than non-voting access to the leadership forum) but is a great way to recognize those in the community that have devoted themselves over the years. In TG's case it could be an "elder" retains access to the admin forums as an "adviser", not there to make decisions but available to answer suggestions as requested.

Oh we weren't so stupid as to let Luna "retire"...she just stepped down from General/Guild Master to "Colonel"...still one of the top 5 officers of the guild and thus remains part of the strategy/policy-making group.

Re: New Game Officers Appointed!

Unfortunately, real life comes into the picture from time to time (as many of us know) and that allows others to step in and fill those vacant positions. It's all part of the cycle here at TG and so far, it seems to be running like a well-oiled machine! Keep up the good work GOs!
