Bump.

Okay guys.... I have exactly three people paid up on the $20 deposit for getting your name on the list. Almost 25 people have said they were coming, so "Show me the money!" May 1st is the deadline, and if we don't have a deposit for the LAN center, we'll have to call it off. Well....... I'm still going.

But I want this to kick off right, so roll that money in as soon as you can or at least let me know when you'll be able to!

P.s. Please put your TG name in the comments section in Paypal, since that's how I know you.

OK, here is the phat skinny on the group hotel rate. It's would've been nice - but we might not make the minimum number of rooms. SO - if you are making plans with us, what you can do NOW is book the standard room in the deluxe tower for approximately $67 a night on Expedia or any other portal you choose to use.

IF we book 10 rooms, Sugar-N-Camo can give me the heads-up and we'll work on a group upgrade. But a group upgrade actually increases the average price, not much, but there is where we get the $80 average price from. The initial group rate package is a room upgrade with services and vouchers - $80 is not bad at all when you consider it is for the larger, upgraded rooms - but we'll go with whatever works for everyone.

Let Sugar-N-Camo know when you book your room. I would also recommend searching for the best rate online and then calling the Stratosphere directly for reservations - they will match the online price you found.

Right now, If you book at the Stratosphere, you can get a deluxe room in the premier tower for $72 (price is on hotels.com). If you ask for that deal, tell them your are in a traveling group and the last name is 'Forney' - that will help group us together if you want.

Yes, and just to add on to what Pate said, PLEASE let me know if you're willing to bunk up or if you're going it alone. We have several who are willing to share a room and I'm trying to get everyone arranged so we can get the best deals!

Alright I finally decided to read the forums and found this. After playing solely with TG for almost a year now...it's about time I started "participating" in the best server on the planet! I am in baby!!! Um, of course that is if it isn't too late??? Is it??!?!?
