One quick question, I need to update the Irregs Roster on the Wiki. Should I wait until you have the migration finished?

Absolutely.. There are still a couple lingering issues that I'm working through with the developer of the mod, so when all is said and done I will most likely NOT re-import the old Wiki unless it takes a week to get these issues fixed. I should probably revoke any editing priviledges on the TacticalWiki site.

Ya know, on second thought. You can just edit the existing Wiki. When the new one is up it will just be a simple copy/paste of your page to copy things over, so if you don't mind doing the copy/paste, go ahead and edit away.

Hmm - this isn't complete yet right? (15:00 EST Friday) Embedded images no longer display using the 'old' syntax.

It's not complete. One major problem was resolved this morning, but another still exists. In the meantime, the old Wiki has been upgraded to 1.9. Don't worry about the embedded images at this point, more fixes coming later tonight.

(I do work a normal 50 hour a week job in addition to everything I do for TG!)

All the issues have been resolved! Check it out and give it a whirl. Please report an glaring issues. (Other than the lack of design implementation which I can now do since the other major issues are resolved).

Any changes made to the old Wiki over the past few days will need to be manually updated in the new Wiki.

Yay! We have a couple of links in the Irregs forums to the old wiki. Will those eventually redirect to the new wiki or do we need to get an admin to change the links in the post?

Apophis, how is the access to edit/create controlled? Do all registered users now have the ability to edit/create pages within the Wiki?

They should.. I'm not saying it's going to stay that way, but at this point in time all registered users should have edit access.

Seems as thought the rules/development/how-to in the community portal didn't move over to the forum version.

Yeah, not sure what happened there. I did delete content out of that area because it was full of garbage, wav. files and leet speak. I just axed out a whole section. But it was a subsection of the community portal rather than the whole thing.
