The server is passworded? The original post didn't mention this... Where do I get the password? Also, who has admin rights on this server?

This is incredible news. I really think we should try The Hidden out considerably, as it is a relatively light modification that only requires 8 players for a full server and HIGHLY relies on teamwork for survival. If anything, it would pretty much be a guaranteed game we could always populate. The real trouble with some of these games is just getting the players to really show up.

Also, we absolutely must import this schedule into the TG group on Steam as well as try to get as many TG folk interested into eachother's friend networks. Steam friends is the absolute best chance we'll get toward actively filling these servers.

keep an eye on This Thread and the FPS forums for any updates. This is a leisure server and it might come down at any point. You can seek out fenix or myself if you need anything.

May I suggest we try Half Life 2:CTF? It's a bit more depth than Deathmatch. However it might work better if we modify the settings to slow it down a bit. Not so fast running, sprinting, and less sprinting energy.

Anyways I'll leave it out there

Unfortunately, I never see anybody on the server, and with a passworded server, joining it while empty to seed it doesn't really work... But I have played SourceForts before, and I know how the community is, so we definitely need that password on the server, unless we have a permanent admin presence, which we don't. May I suggest that someone organize a time for us all to show up? Sometime when we don't have many other TG events occurring.

downloaded zombiemaster. and it starts up with some options but I see no multiplayer and I cant start a new game. I don't know what I'm doing. Unless you said it would be on tonight Vulcan. then maybe it will spot it i dunno

Zombie master has seemed pretty good. I like the idea of giving one player RTS type controls and pitting him against the rest of the players with them in FPS mode.

Iron Grip looks pretty good as well.

Either something happens with Source Forts, or we abort that and move immediately on to The Hidden. At least with the Hidden there is a specialized playerbase, and the servers only need 4 people for an enjoyable game.

How about we set up a Source Fort's game night? Say Wedensday? Starting at about 7 Pacific time? A front page announcement would help especially if people could comment RSVPing

I will be playing The Hidden this Saturday! Hopefully, we'll have our server up and running, if not, we can get together and find a good pub.
