Time: Nights or Weekends (Sundays seem to have been good for classes/events)
Can't post links yet, but there are some ideas in the AAR Section of the Arma Forums here at TG. Thread is titled "Live Fire Exercise (9/3-9/4)". Class could also possibly touch on the use of comms under the now working VON.

SL's calling unit formations, but with a lack of peripheral vision I have a problem maintaining proper spacing. Hopefully, the class could focus on some of these issues.
