Format: TS and ingame instruction followed by live fire exam.

Miscellaneous Notes
1. It is necessary to pass the live fire exam in order to earn the ribbon. During the exam, personal skill and squad leader tactics/strategies will not be evaluated: people management, the ability to organize pubbies, the ability to respond effectively, the ability to provide a reason for assaulting/defending a flag, will be judged.
2. Please do not sign up if you feel confident in squad leading -- the number of spots is extremely limited.
3. If there is demand, a third session will be ran, approximately 1 week after this one. There will be a separate sign up thread.
4. Sign-up priority will be given to those who were in the reserve list during Session 1.
5. With the larger class size, it is inevitable that the class will run over time. Please plan 2-2.5 hours for this session, just to be safe. The ideal scenario is 1.5 hours, but as the saying goes: planning is indispensable, and plans are useless.
