Whatever we can come up with will be great, a university crest sounds fine to me.

How about some kind of metal pin as an encouragement to participation? You could then keep the same dimensions as the ribbons so people can integrate it into their sigs but it is visually distinct from the combat/ participation/ teamwork awards.

I was thinking something along these lines....

You could then add in either text or graphical representations of the training categories in question. After my PR experiences today, i can see TGU is needed.... Unfortunately this small piece took me about 4 hours and the thought of the added complexity of additional 3D graphics for the centre drove me to despair.... so just consider this part of the brainstorming.

Sure, but it's countered by the fact that he's a Brummie.

    Re: Basic Training Completion badges

All TG hubcaps are officially safe, although during the 3 months i lived in toxteth a small incident did ensue in a restaurant i had vacated not 5 minutes before. Although this thread hasnt yet degenerated into a pitched machete/mac10 gang war I see i havent lost my touch for wandering into a room, starting an argument and then wandering off oblivious as the conflict rages. Of course for full effect i should probably have waited 3 months or so to repost....
