Fri 10/19/2007 -- Excellent games!
Some very fun games tonight on Server #1. Thanks to Tarpan for putting dozens of bullets through my head as a Sniper
, and to nulloperations for providing great leadership as well as some awesome Demoman tips. Also, thanks to everyone else who was in on the action over the course of the evening. Good stuff! |

I agree, those were some excellent games. Thanks to all the fantastic medics that were helping me out tonight. I can't remember the names, there were a lot of them. That one Uber, on granary, was fantastic. Three heavies running from one pyro is pretty funny.
![]() On an unrelated note, is there a way to make Source save screen shots as .jpg, or .png, or something? I took a few today, but it's a real pain to convert then from .tga into something useful. Anyway, I did convert one. You were driving me crazy on that map Strag ![]() ![]() To sum up my feelings about today's games... "I am BULLETPROOF!" Man the heavy is hilarious. ![]()

jpeg and jpeg_quality should do the trick. jpeg is the snap command, jpeg_quality is a 0~100 quality selection. Use 100 because you can recompress if you need to, and it seems like nothing out there natively uses 1:1:1 subsampling.

I've said this before: seeding the server is easy. A lot of players in the TG:TF2 steam group are always online. You might be well off PMing some of them and join the server as a group. After that, it's self-sustaining until about 2-3am CST. For example, I seeded the server with the limited time I had today. After about 15 minutes (and my girlfriend beating on my door to help her clean house), I left with enough people to keep the server running. I'd personally rather seed the server and wait around for some TG guys to show up than take my chances with pub play.

That's probably a better option. The pub games were ok but the TG games are always better. But then I'm preaching to the choir.
