My friends all went to check the temperature in hell when they found out I was playing an FPS game (I hate FPS games) online with actual human beings (I hate online games). Maybe it's my predilection for board games that makes TF2 so appealing, but whatever the cause, it's just too much damned fun to stay away from.

The fact that teamwork trumps player skill also drew me to TF2, but it's rare to find public servers where everyone isn't playing as though it were a deathmatch. I'm really looking forward to seeing this game played to its full potential with you people.

Welcome Razzle, glad you found your way to the forums. TF2 does grow on you...before Magna was the super spy he is today, he was this kid... Yes he is the one on the right..

Just got TF2, looks like the "quickie" game fix I need when I don't have the time to commit to the 4 hour map marathons on PR. See ya onthe server soon.
