CTF_Well is on the server, though response from players has been very mixed.

prefix in the name of the map implies the game mode.
ctf_well is plain old capture the flag.

Flag. The problem is the map is very large for CTF, and while they changed some of the geometry, they didn't fix many of the problems aside from a very slight improvement in flow.
Goldrush is a "someday" update.
