SMs: reserved slots

A few players have complained about not being able to use their reserved slot on the server at certain times. Or, that it won't work once, then works the second time. I think the problem is: we have more SMs connecting lately as server popularity has gone up. So, if an SM is connecting, he/she is using up the reserved slot until the server boots a player to make room. If you try and connect while this is happening, you'll get a "server is full" message. This is most likely why it works shortly there after. It generally takes 10-15 seconds for the server to determine an SMs status, then kick a public player for a slot.

I've tried joining the server when it's full to test, but I've had no issues (I can connect to the full server fine).

What I need is for anyone to tell me if their slot just flat-out doesn't work. As in: "I've tried force connecting 2-3 times over the course of 60 seconds and still couldn't connect." Thank you.
