Leadership Change-over
Let me preface this by giving you guys the same little rant I gave the admin team.
Life is Good. Business is great and contracts keep pouring in. This is a lot of money for the company and some extra money (in the form of raises) in my pocket. My sister and brother-in-law are moving into town for a new job, which is cool as I barely see them. This means they need a lot of help getting settled in and I'm happy to be there for them. And the extra money has allowed me to take the time to handle some serious renovation in my house.
Whereas this is great from a "Real Life" perspective, it's been leaving me with less and less time to devote to TG:TF2. If I was just a player here at TG like I used to be, I'd try and ride out the storm and settle back into the swing of things. First off: I just don't see that happening anytime soon and, secondly, it's not fair to you guys that your GO has long stints of being AWOL. You need a strong leader which is something I used to be, but I've slipped in the past few months.
I took a lot of time to think about this situation and came to the conclusion that it's time I stepped down and let someone with more time to give TG:TF2 better direction. After a long process, I decided that Bc2ID would be a great replacement.
There's going to be a process in the change-over, but as of right now I'm posting this so this doesn't come even more out of the blue to you guys. And for the record, I'm not going away. I'll still be an admin and make sure to help Bc keep the server running so Magna can get his daily fix of missing backstabs. That said: Bc2ID is running the show now and I know he'll do a service to TG:TF2.
Now, instead of you guys gunning to take down me and my sentry, why don't you focus a little fire over at Bc and let me sit back and enjoy the sweet taste of "Health Recovery Machine" cola?

Thanks for all your work, FeniX. It's been a good ride.
Congrats, Bc2! Remember -- drink early, drink often.

Not when I'm on the other team. Gidget learned that when she stopped swinging her wrench to light up a stoogie.

Re: Leadership Change-over
Wait... did someone ask if B actually wanted to do this? Phew... good luck, mate! With the likes of Magna and Spade, you're gonna need it!

Fenix, as usual, has been phenomenal. Thanks for everything you've given as a GO!

Re: Leadership Change-over
Would be kind of ridiculous if he just handed it to Bc without asking. anyway, haven't known you that long, but you seemed like a good sort, would have liked to get to know you before you had to step down, but I'm sure Bc will do an admirable job.
