With CORE throwing a barbeQQ at the 20-minute mark because they apparently lose their composure against a 9-1 (despite other teams hanging tough against 17-0) TG fell before no-one in the BFCL competition.

Mad props to everyone who participated, including practice fillers, call-me-if-you-need-me's, and all the Mountain Dew that goes through pro gamers like ourselves.

Now, the question is, is everyone going to go filtre off to other servers or what? A few months ago all I needed to know was TG and 7th. Now I'm having to remember TG, 7th, F, TFR, MD, ST, AJ, #641...

Who's 7th? AJ's and TG-641 don't have a server. And TFR's dying as rapidly as it's possible to ban. So really you have TG, MD, ST, and F. I'll talk to you later in a PM about a secret weapon I might be able to whip out.

Well, since nobody else has said it, congratulations fellas! Back in the day, that would have made you guys "super-leet cal-i wtfpwners w/ mad hax". These days, it means that you're on top of your game and did a hell of a job.

We all did fabulous that game.

Donagel was aggressively keeping them from taking our intel as engie.
Special + Fish were doing some great offensive the entire game.
Magna kept stealing their intel.

From a personal perspective, I was really on my game that round. They had 3 different people on their team try switch to sniper, and a spy at one point as well. Not once did I get backstabbed or sniped, I died like 6 times from other miscellaneous things.

Although saddened by the poor sportsmanship shown in our final game. I think overall we're a fantastic team and should get together to do some scrims or join another league (of BFCL again, if it still exists)

Whats the deal with BFCL anyway? Are they even going to post official results? Looking at the TF2 portion of the BFCL site, it hasnt been updated since god knows when. No matches, no scores, no nothing. Looks to me to be extremely disorganized.

What is ST?
#641 is some comic reference that nobody gets anyway.
AJ is not a clan, and will never have a server.
MD is now officially where butthurt TFR's go.
-F- is a nice place to play to keep in touch with some old school TG regulars. However, their server craps it's pants under load on some nights.

TFR had a mass exodus when Root decided to ban everyone.
ST is ScreamingTurtles, a clan by Sardine, Marshal, Operator, and 3 other guys whose names escape me. It's basically going to be TFR - Admin Abuse.
#641 doesn't reference any comic...
AJ is a clan, they just don't have a server.
MD is not where butthurt TFR's go. There's a fairly decent-sized operation going on.

Amazing guys, wish I coulda been able to participate, but I think I found out too late to be of any worth. I really hope that someone decides to join another league. We'll sweep that one too, no doubt.

Congratulations TG BFCL competitors, you've shown the other teams in the BFCL the true meaning of teamwork.

Really? I've never had a non-update-related lag issue on our server, or heard as much from anyone in our forums. If you see this issue again, please shoot me a steam message or PM here or on our forum and we'll get you sorted out.

Which is fueling more drama.

• TFR splits into two - TFR server and MD server. Generally, it's all TFR

• Mass banning spree results in even MORE TFR players going to MD.

• Former TFR tag wearers now take off TFR tags in exchange for some MD tag or whatever

Sounds like butthurt to me.

It could be rates. We use different rates on our server, you seem to use different rates on yours... It doesnt always do this, but I've noticed it quite a few times to make it a regular occurrence when I play there. . I'll try to keep a tab on when it happens, because you're probably right; It's probably around updates.

It doesn't affect gameplay.

Except not. MD is only related to TFR in the fact that a similar group of people play there. MD was a gift to Kid. It wasn't trying to compete with TFR in the least. Don't fuel the misconception.
