Universal Stats
Theres an interesting file which seems to contain all your stats ever since you even started playing TF2 (at least they seem to).
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\STEAM ACCOUNT\team fortress 2\tf and open tf2_playerstats.dmx with your favorite text editor. You search for your class and the data above it should be your total stats ever since you started playing tf2 for that class.
Heres mine for sniper:
I've played it for 200 hours
1018 dominations
10938 headshots
2309 assists
16712 kills
4404 deaths
800 captures
510 defenses
31354 points scored
124 revenges
I can make some interesting stats out of this. According to the stats:
I do about 55 headshots per hour.
I score 157 points per hour.
My kill/death ratio is 3.79.
I'm not totally sure about the accuracy of the stats, but they sound about right.

Unfortunately, this isn't really an asset to a player like me that plays such a diverse amount of classes regularly and goes through phases where they saturate their playing with a class, which only really gives a snapshot of that specific time period when they played that class, rather than their stats would be at this moment. For instance, I only recently "learned" how to effectively play Scout. I'm really good now, but from me playing horribly so much before, I have a negative K/D ratio.

That's a local cache of the official stats. It has some weirdnesses in its behavior, but for the most part it's a mirror of your official stats, up to the last round you played.
"iBackstabs" "int" "12937"
What's odd:
"iKillAssists" "int" "3669"
"iNumberOfKills" "int" "24908"
"iNumDeaths" "int" "2097"
"iNumShotsFired" "int" "24315"
Apparently I've killed at least one guy with every bullet I've fired, plus 593 double-kills with one shot.
This is likely an artefact of that period where nearly all the stats were reporting under the wrong parameters. Like medics with headshot scores.

Maybe backstabs dont count as "shots fired".

24908 kills - 12937 stabs = 11971 pistolfrags.
All things being equal average health estimate, mean {125, 200, 175, 175, 300, 125, 150, 125, 125} = 167 HP.
All things being equal average revolver damage, 42 according to steam stats.
11971 x 167 = 2 megahealth, ÷ 42 = 48760 strikes.
