It's real and official. I wonder how Valve managed to leak it. :S (I base my statement to the fact that only valve could pull off the real voice actors, all the custom animations and the quality of the previous meet the videos.)

Spies are truly awesome. First they sneak into the base, kill everyone, have their way with Scouts mother and steal the intel just to leak the video footage it has to the internet.

When Valve leaked it, only three people seen it before it was removed.

Youtubes counter doesn't update right away so there must be more, however it only took one of them to know how to capture the videofile from youtube and send it for the masses.
