You could see this from shading and low polygon models being used (the highest poly character models in the game are lower poly than the ones in the meet the videos) for one.
Also, so far the meet the videos main characters have been from RED team.

It's community made, well the parts with the pyro animations.
The bit with the heavy cracked me up.

It's fanmade, it's using a lot from the other "Meet the..." videos and it's also mentioned in both the video's description and...two (?) times in the video itself.
Funny nonetheless though .

I liked the parts with the sniper, and the end was good too.
