Basically it tells the background story of TeamFortress 2 (yes, it has one now).
The will talks about this Z.Mann having all these wastelands and he has two sons by the name of Red***** and Blu******. He also has Australian tracker named Hale. His wife
looks like the Announcer fan art picture.
The story tells that Z.Mann leaves the weapon factory to his Australian tracker, Hale (that is now owned by Saxton Hale) and something to someone - it's unclear what as the sand is blocking the text. His land he leaves to his sons Red****** and Blu****** who have to share the land.
Now days in TF2 the sons have hired mercenaries to fight over their lands while Hale supplies the mercs with weapons and the Announcer helps both teams in a way.
In the family portrait there's Hale, homage to the guard dog fake update, Z.Mann himself, Announcer and the brothers Red***** and Blu***** on their team colored suits.
There's also someone out of the shot. People guess it's the Civilian, or the Gentlemanne of leisure from the previous hidden links.
