TF2 Server and Other Information
For those that don't know (probably everyone but Apophis), I am taking charge of the TF2 Beta Server. A few things I would like to mention in this thread.
I am currently working on getting a system up for Supporting Members to have access to the server whenever they need to. This system will not be perfect, but it's the best I can come up with.
Please join the newly created TG:TF2 group then join the chat. I will use this in order to kick public players to make room for Support Members. There may not always be an admin present, so bear with us while we work the kinks out.
NOTE: If you try to abuse this by claiming to be an SM without actually being one...... bad things will happen.
I am currently working towards getting a dedicated admin presence either on the server or so that they are easily contactable by SMs/players.
Please do not contact me in reference to becoming an admin or try joining the TF2 administrative group. IF you want to be an admin then you have to put in the time. Play on the server and show you know what TG is all about. This includes understanding teamwork AND putting on a mature face for TG. People will notice this and we just may come to you about such things.
It's going to be a bumpy ride, but I'm sure everyone here will do their best to make sure TG:TF2 becomes a mainstay at TG. Thanks go to Apo and the rest of you frag-monkies.Last edited by TheFeniX; 09-20-2007 at 01:11 PM.

thx for taking lead.... This is quite a different game then other tactical games we (and mostly I) play... I do wonder how teamwork and tactics will come into play on this... a hard one to do with constant deaths and respawns (which is why the game is "fun")... but please for god sake not another server that demands boot camp and training sessions. lol.
