If you have an Xbox live Gold subscription, you're already covered under the Games for Windows, you don't have to pay anything else...likewise if you're a PC gamer and got Xbox live, you won't have to pay for Gold when you get an Xbox360 'cause you're already a subscriber.

Yeah, I meant that the 360 people don't pay extra since they pay for things that should be free.

    Re: Console Support?

Things don't look so good Especially for the PS3 version. EA is supposedly handeling it and it looks like they're Effing things up real bad. 360s will be able to communicate to PCs. PS3s will only be able to play other PS3s. Consoles will only be able to support 16 players but PCs can go to 24.

In terms of power isn't the PS3 and Xbox360 powerful enough to host 30 people? I hear about how compressed everything is on TF2 and it should run easier than Counter Strike and you can have a ton of people on there. 1 and 1 isn't adding up for me I'm sorry.

On the bright side it's a pretty old article they originally slated for a september release and we know now that's a bit wrong.

Doesn't EA also ship the retail versions of the PC and Xbox one? I think you should be muttering more at the Sony Online service than the arbitrary publisher!

If you read the article, the delay is due to EA UK developing the PS3 version and being behind.

    Re: Console Support?

Yes, Valve is actually handling the PC and Xbox 360 versions. EA UK is handling the PS3 version. I'm not talking about publishing it's the actual network interactivity. The PS3 is capable of interacting with PCs, I don't see why they can't make it happen.
