Autobalance
Is this a server option that can be disabled?
I waited 25 minutes to get on the TG server, waited till the end of the round to get on the same team as my friends, 5 mins later I'm autoswitched to the other team. I just disconnected and played on another server.

I was going to come in here and apologize for not making my comment more obviously light hearted. But now I won't. You're not paying a monthly fee to get to play on a team that is unbalanced in your favor. It's unfortunate when you're the one to get autoswitched when you're just trying to play with friends, but what solution did you have in mind on a public server that would work better?
