I am a noob, if the one on steam is called TFC, why is it not the original? Quake version was the true original why is it not called TFC?

I think it's the Coca-Cola situation. First it was just Coke. Everyone was happy. Then they started working on New Coke. New Coke was lame and everyone hated it, so they came out with a New New Coke that was virtually the same as the old Coke and called it Coke Classic, even though it's more new then the original product. Same kinda thing except instead of New Coke sucking it's TF2 being stuck in Dev Hell forever. I'm not an expert though.

Oh, and what's wrong with that picture is that the corrugations on the floor have corrugations.
