Server Config Changes

After a few weeks of testing and mulling it over, I've made some changes to the server config to possibly help alleviate some problems with more frustrating games.

As of now, the stock config is:
Time limit: 30 minutes
Max Rounds: 1
Flag caps per round: 5

If no team has capped 5 flags, it will shoot to Sudden Death at the 30 round timelimit (or it should, TF2 is flaky on that).

The only issue I see with this config is that "push" style CTF maps will go very quickly unless the teams have coordination. But that could be a good thing.

It also means that on "Attacker/Defender" maps, you'll need to choose the team you'll want to play the whole map on. Once on team wins (either attackers cap all or defenders hold the base), the map is changing.
