Lazytown?

Did we ever have Lazytown in the rotation? Why isn't it in there now? It's better balanced for every class than Well is and it's more entertaining than Badlands. If you guys don't know what map I'm talking about, I could probably find a link.

Re: Lazytown?

It was for a short time. It's a poor design, poorly implemented. Go back to trying to stump for Scorpion. At least that mapper was able to make lame doors.

Re: Lazytown?

What's poor about it?
A) It supports all classes equally, unlike some official maps
B) I haven't seen any glitches with it
C) There are multiple routes to almost every point
D) It's a relatively small map, so downloads are less of a problem for pub-surfers
E) It takes teamwork to push to the next point; working by yourself will only stop opponents from advancing, which gets people in the mindset for teamwork-based gameplay on future maps.

I would say "omg burn on the nub!!" but I know Magna has something to say that would make that look silly...

Re: Lazytown?

Actually, I had a post written out for this, but Lazytown is too full of fail for me to express it fully. Instead, I'll let the fact we used to play it and everyone said "yeah... this is going away" address the issue.

Re: Lazytown?

We've also said "yeah...this is going away" for Well, with plenty of reasons, but the best there is for Lazytown is "poor design"? Come on, I expected at least 1 good reason.
