Fraps for me.. It's got good support and updates and does good vid and screengrabs in the formats that work. I've used it on F1 2010 too. You can film at half screen to save some space, but depends on your screen res..

I have used fraps for years and it is supported very well with numerous updates per year according to what games are coming out. This makes fraps a reliable choice.
