Thanks to the big dogs. I am seriously interested in this game, I'm just doing some research on it first. I played a lot of LOTRO and this seems like it will be just as fun.

My best friend chewed my ear off about creating characters on the Badlands server, due to login queues. Though I imagine that will wear down over time (with the exception of when the whole game goes live on Thursday). For that I think I apologize :P

Either way, we're also creating Chaos characters on another server. I'll edit this post when I find out the name of that server, but at this time they're just slot/name reservations on that server. We're going to still start out with Order, on the Badlands server.

I have friends from previous MMOs on Red Eye Mountain - Destruction. Not sure, but I believe Specterr, Damonte, and Quade will be joining.

I second that. I'm posting for the third time (LOL...) that my friends and I moved to Azazel and now play there.

I'm finding that my Archmage, even in Open Beta, will consistently place toward the top in Contribution charts for PQs. That kind of excites me considering I've had a history of playing underpowered or under-represented hybrid classes, despite the fact that I typically enjoy hybrid classes the most.

So far in PVP, at only level 6 (Natural) I seem to only have real trouble with Squig Herders. In regard to Tanks, I tend to hold my own alright (though I typically lose) to Chosen. It takes a while for either of us to take each other down, mostly due to having to burn a considerable number of AP to keep healing, but the HoT and Force Transfer do a lot to keep me up... looks like I'm not as squishy as a Bright Wiz

An Archmage will dominate any Public Quest for the simple fact that it has so many insta-cast DoTs. You just have to tab target and throw DoTs around and you will get top three every time.

So luckily, due to randomizing, it doesn't automatically mean I get a top place in the loot roll
