Okay, so here are the brackets. My sincere hope is that we can get each round done very quickly like we've done with the preseason. Sorry that it's kind of hard to read.
Actual matches will be posted in a different thread. The home team is the team that is higher on the bracket sheet for each game.
I seeded by taking the top four players who had two wins in preseason and sorted them by their ranking at the time they signed up. Then I took the middle three players (who had one win) and sorted by ranking. then I took the bottom four players. Odyani v. Aruncado will be an interesting match in the second round should Odyani get past Bc2ID
The maps for the championship side of the bracket (winners) are: Pequeno, The Bog, One on One, Botanic Troubles, One on One (finals match) and then Botanic Troubles (finals match pt. 2) again if needed.
The maps for the loser's bracket are: The Bog (in line with winners), One on One (in line), Aruba, Pequeno, Botanic, Aruba.
The reason the loser's side of the bracket has the small maps is that there are a lot more loser's matches to be played than winner's. This means that these matches will need to go as quickly as possible, so a map like The bog might get... well, bogged down.
brackets updated and now in readable form! Please note that I've messed up the places. It should read as follows:
Winner 36 - Champion (First place)
Loser 36 - Second place
Loser 35 - Third place
Loser 34 - Fourth Place
Winner 38 - Fifth Place
Loser 38 - Sixth Place
