[edit] Tactical Notes
Due to certain difficulties regarding stacking (obsessively switching teams in order to partake in activities pertaining to certain, exclusive groups), being in the same team can sometimes be difficult. However, should there be a a competition between the 13th and an opponent, foreign or domestic, one should expect to see the CCS operating in all its stopping power.
In the 13th, leaders are born and trained to carry out huge varieties of operations. The success of such operations, however, depend on much more than just the actions of the members of the 13th. Therefore, the morale of the entire team must be taken into consideration. When things appear to be falling apart, many will look to TG members or In House Squads members for guidance. As is the case, members of the 13th should always do all in their power to boost their squad's, as well as their team's, morale.
Respect is crucial in the 13th. One must not only respect his superiors and team mates, but also the enemy. The 13th will not uselessly dispense forces to obtain unachievable goals. Instead, members of the 13th are taught to evaluate enemy forces before engaging them, restraining themselves from firing upon hostiles at times where stealth is an asset.
There is a fine line between being brave and being naive. To provide cover for team mates under fire is brave. Entering a hostile building without back-up is naive. One must always consider the bigger picture when in battle. Killing two enemies in a building and then being killed yourself might improve your statistics, but what if you were the last spawn point for your squad? What if that act makes your team lose a point of interest within the battle-map? What if you lose the battle due to such act? Being conscious of one's actions is of vital importance, for they might determine things beyond imaginable.
If you wish to fight alongside the 13th, Teamspeak is a must. It is used so as to help the 13th members and other Squads/Commanders to work together in harmony as a strong and effective force (Download Teamspeak here).

[edit] Future
The 13th will continue to strive for excellence in a community where every individual matters, training to achieve perfection in its intentions as well as in its actions. The work which has been done to create and maintain the 13th will never go to waste for, as people come and go, they will have learned the true meaning of the the 13th and will be proud to have worn its tags.
[edit] Present
The Command Control Squadron(CCS) is a Tactical Gamer In House Squad dedicated to teaching leadership skills and plans to continue to strive toward said excellence in its field of study. Whilst it desires to train leaders, the 13th also trains squad members by helping them become well rounded players, able to adapt to any given situation, furthering what it means to wear the tags of the 13th.
[edit] Past
The 13th was formerly known as the 128th Command Control Squadron. After a merger, the IHS converted its name to the 13th and resumed its duties, training members in the art of leadership as well as combat.
