[edit] History Behind The 69th Rapid Deployment Group
The 69th RDG is a task force that can deploy to different combat environments around the world within 24 hours notice. We specialize primarily in close quarters combat in urban areas. We also specialize in attacks on an enemy of a greater force with positive results. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. The 69th RDG takes on the enemy, chews' em up, spits' em out and leaves them wishing they had never been born.
The 69th RDG was originally founded by Gijoe and Kampf as and IHS based around the game Call of Duty Modern Warfare and any other game in the series. After 4 successful months of COD, we expanded to support the Battlefield 2 modification, Project Reality. All of our members are great players and even better people. The 69th is the best there will ever be, plain and simple. As said by the guy Will Smith makes fun of in Men In Black."Best of the best of the best, SIR!"
[edit] Recruitment For The 69th Rapid Deployment Group
Recruitment for the 69th Rapid Deployment Group is by invitation only. If you are interested in joining, talk to any of us, bearing in mind the following criteria:
1. Remain active in your game(s) of choice. Inactive players will be removed from the active roster and lose forum access to the 69th Rapid Deployment Group.69th members are game-obsessed, so be prepared to put in the time.
2. We are competitive, but we are here to enjoy the games, not to win every time, we we always remember there just games
3. Be a mature player, what do we mean by this? Age dose not equal maturity, mature players understand rule 2 and live by it. They have a since of community, that's what TG is all about, they talk to their teammates during game to insure cohesive game play.

Members of the 69th are chosen not because they are the best players, but because they are great people. The 69th play by the above statements, enjoy doing so! All members of the 69th are expected to follow the guidelines below
1. Player must be a Tactical Gamer Supporting Member
2. Wear the |TG-69th| tag in your in-game handle.
3. Read and participate in the 69th Team Forum regularly. We post regular updates and are close-knit, if you don't read them and participate, you're a loosing out on what we are all about and don't belong.
4. Wear the 69th insignia either as your avatar on the forums or as part of your signature.
5. Be active in one of the games supported by the 69th.
