The 71st Mountain Division is a Tactical Gamer In-House Squad focused on the popular Point of Existence Mod for Battlefield 2.

Recruitment Status: The 71st is currently recruiting. Contact Khaerus for more information.

We do recruit selectively. We're looking for the following criteria in potential members, listed loosely in order from most to least important:

1. Friends and buddies of ours. People that we can share a joke with. People we trust. We're simple folk- we're fairly easy to get along with.

2. Team players. Leaders. Players that are genuinely interested in working with us, both for the good of the 71st and for the good of the quality of the games on the servers here. That kind of 'teamplay' attitude should be visible in the forums and the general TG community as well, if a person is active there.

3. Skilled players. Players who can play many roles. Players who have the ability to learn to excel at certain roles.

The 71st was formed Feburary 2008 by Khaerus, Anvil, Eflight and SilentScope. We owe gratitude to the 5th JTF.
