Some of my keybinds (developed during my initial AA 2.4 play and carried over to 2.5). I need to do more tweaking and tuning but this is the base I've been working with.

(Note: Keyboard is a M$ natural elite ergo one and mouse is a Logitech mx510.)

I have always used "e,s,d,f" rather than "w,a,s,d" for primary movement in FPS games since Doom I days. I like to use my pinky a good bit.

0=ZeroRange # as per Sloppy's suggestion
1=SwapHands # I like my pistol a bit closer to hand. (I think it's a stupid 
decision on the AA dev's part that regular sf troops don't get them since they
would IRL.)
2=Pistol
3=GrenadeFrag
4=GrenadeSmoke
5=GrenadeFlash
6=GrenadeIncendiary
7=DemolitionItem

A=Crouching
B=Binoculars
C= # need to change this now that it's on middle mouse button
D=MoveBackward
E=MoveForward
F=StrafeRight
G= # considering what to bind to it now that 'Action' in on side mouse button
H=CommoCycle
L=Suppressor
M=CallMedic
# I got used to always using 'o' and 'p' for global and team chat long ago and 
use them in every game I've played where they fit in control wise.

Q=AltFire # should find a new bind for this since I switched it to a side mouse 
button

S=StrafeLeft
T=Reload # I should add call to this but I hate to do it as 'radio' since it 
adds to the chatter and someone on another fireteam or other side of map doesn't 
need to hear it cluttering up coms. I hesitate to use 'shout' and don't really 
know the effective range of 'whisper' yet.
