The type of individual the 10th Tactical Guard is looking for is a person who is interested in the team first, winning second. We want players who don't care about individual performance but instead focus on doing what it takes to make the unit as a whole successful. This type of player will gladly accept the most mundane and boring of assignments with enthusiasm and perform those tasks to the best of his abilities without complaint or thought of self. The 10th operates as one unit on the battle field.
