WIC mods already started?

Well, the concepts are flying... here is one of the more promising ones:
The Real Conflict

This mod aims to recreate actual towns and cities that are photorealistic. The overall objective is to recreate every city on the east coast. This is a very ambitious goal, but it should be an achievable one. We will start by dividing Long Island into sections and mapping each one to the fullest extent before moving onto the next section.

Long Island will only be the first project in The Real Conflict. The reason for setting such a small first goal is to see if it will work, and if it does work and it is enjoyable and playable we will move on to recreate NYC

In game features

Photorealistic maps modeled after present day satellite images
*
All of New York City mapped realistically down to each building.

We need the Red Dawn mod, even just the red dawn music and picture when loading game...

At least the parachutes in background of the classroom
