how do you make an image for clan?

I know i read it somewhere, but can't find it now... does anyone know how to make and import a image for your clan header in game?

BTW... I'm already in our SimHQ "clan", thou I don't really see us as a clan, but feel free to add me to your friends list for online gaming...

I think the clan leader can edit their clan avatar somewhere around here but I'm not sure
