TG Guild Recruitment Policy
Tactical Gamer Guild Recruitment Policy
Please read and reply with a confirmation that this has been read and is understood. In an effort to keep a handle on the rapid growth that the Tactical Gamer guild has recently experienced, the following recruitment policy has been implemented for all potential new guild members. This policy is to act as a guide to both new recruits and current members regarding the procedure to invite or be invited to participate in the Tactical Gamer guild. Before being invited into the guild: Prior to an invitation being extended to join the TG guild, the following requirements must be met: -Any potential recruits must be 18+, mature, respectful to guild members, and team-focused. -The potential recruit must be registered on the TG forums and have posted within the WOW forum, introducing themselves and their character. -Teamspeak must be installed, and utilized regularly. Our teamspeak IP and password can be found in the main forums once the person has registered. -Potential recruits must communicate with the Class Leaders. The class leaders determine if we are full of a certain class. Their endorsement is a normal prerequisite for an invitation. Procedure for inviting a potential recruit into the guild: All guild officers have the ability to invite a person into the guild. Invitations should be given out sparingly WITH the blessing of the class leader. Being in our guild is an earned privilege, not a right. Once an officer has invited a person into the guild, the officer is expected to post within the administration forum the new recruit’s name, when they joined, and any other important information that should be shared. It is that officer’s responsibility to introduce the recruit to their appropriate class leader. Trial period for new recruits: Once a person has been invited into the guild, they are considered a recruit for one month. After a month, the guild officers will vote as to whether or not the person is a good fit for our guild. Should the Guild Officers decide in favor of the recruit, they will be accordingly promoted. In the event that it is decided that the person is not a good fit, they will be removed from the guild accordingly. If you have any questions regarding this Recruitment Policy, please contact Luna or any other guild officer for clarification. Luna Colonel, Tactical Gamer Guild Thunderhorn Realm
