Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Zephyr: Apophis is clearly a highly sophisticated self-aware AI construct that runs on a highly modified toaster oven in Wyzcrak's basement.

When I get some time & motivation, I'll add those in to my modular signature thingie.. It doesn't have to be just for BF2

Re: Modular Signature for World of Warcraft
As much as I love what Apo has put together, I don't have the software (Photoshop) to do anything with the pieces...it's like being hungry and told you can eat all you want, but the door to the buffet line is locked.
Perhaps someone with more experience could point me to appropriate (free, easy to use) resources.

GIMP!

Free, not necessarily easy to use.
I had to pull my modular sig because the focus seemed a little blurry. Need to work the filters a bit to make it right.

What is it you want to do with the pieces?
You can put them together, as-is, using BBcode to create a completed signature. You don't need to edit them. Just add the images with the normal [ IMG ] URL [ /IMG ] tags to your signature and you're good to go. The basic format would be:
[ IMG ] Panel 1 URL [ /IMG ][ IMG ] Panel 2 URL [ /IMG ]
[ IMG ] Panel 3 URL [ /IMG ][ IMG ] Panel 4 URL [ /IMG ]

For example:
