LF commited Heroic group
After seeing the new Heroic Badge rewards I realized I have almost 150 badges to put together. With the addition of badges in KZ and ZA that will help, but I still have lots to gather.
What I am looking for is a group who would be committed to running 2 heroics each day on Saturday and Sunday's until the patch comes out. I would be looking for the places we can get the most badges (Mechanar, Shattered Halls, Arcatraz, SL, Underbog). As a side effect, I would love to complete the Trials of Naaru.
If you might be willing to commit to this, drop me a line or post here, and lets see if we can get a balanced group set up to do this.Sajaman/|TG-Irr|Sajier - WoW Resto Shaman, BF2/BF2142 Assault/Medic

Re: LF commited Heroic group
i'd also be interested in doing this, the only heroic key i don't have is CoT.

Tarma: 80 Enhancement Shaman | Koliana: 70 Balance Druid
Salelen: 70 Discipline Priest | Jadrek: 70 Arcane Mage
Kerowhyn: 67 Retribution Paladin | Talenoth: 69 Unholy Death Knight
Caldac: 60 Beast Master Hunter | Kamina: 58 Protection Warrior
Celendra: 45 Combat Rogue
I had it all! I had it all and then I lost it. Lost... all gone... like... my mind. My mind is like... cheese. I like cheese.

Re: LF commited Heroic group
Assuming that I'd be able to wrestle some computer time away from other household members I'd love to do some heroics on Laud, she only lacks the CoT and HP heroic keys. Ili is keyed for HP though.

Re: LF commited Heroic group
I'd love to do heroics during the week and anytime possible during the weekend. 'Commited' is a bit strong though since I generally have to work on weekends. -.-
Also, I want to finish those stupid trials as well. GrrrMy sanity is not in question...
It was a confirmed casualty some time ago.
Light, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I had to kill because they ticked me off.

Re: LF commited Heroic group
Trials of the Naaru (aka Trials of your tanks' patience) was a series of quests for TK attunement.
The chain started with a quest titled "The Hand of Guldan" in Shadowmoon Valley and ended with several parallel chains that ultimately led to a simple 5 man boss. On completion, you got a letter from A'dal who then sent you on three parallel quests known as the Trials of the Naaru: Mercy, Strength, Tenacity.
Mercy required you to complete heroic Shattered Halls in 55 minutes from starting the gauntlet. You had to rescue a prisoner at the end.
Strength required you to complete heroic Steamvaults and Heroic Shadow Labs and get drops from the final bosses.
Tenacity required you to save Millhouse Manastorm in Arcatraz.
After doing all three quests, you got a quest to kill Magtheridon for Trials of the Naaru: Magtheridon's Lair.
This all meant that you had to rep grind to revered with 4 factions just to get the heroic keys, then you had to complete the runs. Back when TK attunement was still implemented, heroics were about 3 times harder than they are now. Dogs in Shattered Halls could very rapidly 2-shot a well-geared tank. Heroic Arcatraz was virtually impossible to do without 2 healers and a mage or druid. Shattered Halls virtually required a paladin tank. Heroic Shadow Labs could chain spawn assassins for 5 minutes straight. It was brutal.
What made it so obnoxious was that to attune 30-35 people you had to run these heroics over and over and over, not to mention running them normal mode to get the rep to get the keys for people. I spent all day long running these damn heroics to the point where I swore I would castrate anyone who even suggested I set foot in Arcatraz. When you're raiding with 3-4 tanks and 7-8 healers, it's your tanks that bear the brunt of the frustration, particularly when you have some less-than-stellar players, it really shows in the old-mode heroics.
