Are there any plans to make the first tab in the guild bank "full access" so that primary's can withdraw some of the yummy roasted clefthoof meat. As it stands right now it is tagged as deposit only for primarys (at least it is for me anyways).

Right now the guild bank interface only allows us to set up by guild rank designation. For the time being, if you see something you want, any officer can withdraw and deliver/mail to you.

We're not super happy with the guild bank implementation, so I suspect over time that more "customization" may be possible as Blizz gets feedback.

But seriously, is view access to the other tabs we have possible?

Also, any possibility of alts getting view access as well?

I'm betting on porn, drugs, and the booze stash. The first two being in tab 2 and the last being all of tab 3.

The only actual changes I wouldn't mind seeing is giving viewing and deposit rights to both primaries and alts for all the tabs avalible. Honestly, if you have a secondary you probably have a primary as well so limiting the rights of secondaries doesn't make sense. Its also a pain to remember to send stuff you want to donate to your primary before actually making a donation.

Eventually if we get more space I suppose we could open up one of the tab for free sharing and use the limited 'withdrawls' to make sure someone doesn't empty the damn thing.

Could we also get an officer to broker all those useless items out of there? I remember Olim put some grey junk in there that can be vendored for cash and all the bags of 14 slot or lower can be sold/vendored because it would take a very silly person to pick one of those over the new 18/20 slot bags or the 16 slot bags in the bank as well.

Please stop depositing useless stuff.

You may ask, "Well Gav, what exactly is useless?" As a rule of thumb, if it has anything to do with pre-70 activities (old crafting recipes, old herbs/ore, <16 slot bags, etc.), it's utterly and completely useless. Pretty much everything found in the old world would fall into this category. Just vendor/AH the crap and donate the money.

Also, Outland green gems (e.g. Shadow Draenite, etc.) aren't really needed at the guild level. So many people have so many of them that we don't need to be wasting slots in the guild bank. Just talk to Sajier, me, Max, etc, and they can hook you up with any amount of any green gems.

Obviously we appreciate the generosity, but think twice about the real use of any item you're thinking about depositing. In most cases, at least at this point, money would be put to better use. Thanks, guys.

Well for the record all the 'useless junk' was shuffled over from the old TG bank accounts before they were returned to the void. I don't think anyone has any useless junk in their bags to donate that they haven't already tossed.

Green gems can be sent to any of the jewelcrafters so they can have metas made with them or just cut them. On that note, Primals would also probably be a good thing to send to them for those meta transmutes. Or you can just deposit them into the bank and they can do a round about.

Gaviin sometimes things are of marginal use for the guild or are so useless in small quantities that it would be better to gather them up in the bank before an officer brokers them off. Example: Food stacks may not be important for the person depositing, but some else definately can use it. Netherweave stacks alone don't sell for much, but with enough stacks of the stuff you can control the market and dictate prices.

Also, runecloth isn't useless even if it is old world.

Ummm, that is true--so why would it be hard to allow primary's access--they are given member status--those who are bellow member status therefore should not be allowed access in the guild bank for withdraws i can see. But as for any problems you could always take a couple of monents and re-configure the ranks a little bit, thats what i did with my guild and now the guild bank works just fine --almost have my 4th tab atm yar!
