Omen seems to be working for me.

Mik Scrolling Battle Text is also works with 2.4 and is quite nice (once you change the cheesy default fonts). Parrot is broken and not likely to be fixed.

Omen, Totem Timers and Trinity Bars remained buggy after patch day despite updating them until I finally deleted my WTF folder and set them back up again. Everything seems to be smooth now.
