GM Resolution of Ticket, Chapter 2
So, last night during Resurgent's outing to Mt. Hyjal Summit, during the Trash Mob clearing before the third boss (Kaz'rogal), the [item]Chestguard of Relentless Storms[/item] dropped. Beeper rolled need and won the item...only no item showed up in my inventory! I had bag space; I was there; I was alive...but no item.
I made another GM ticket before logging out. I'll keep you posted.

Wasn't a boss drop. 'Twas a trash drop and I was maybe 30-35 yards.

Re: GM Resolution of Ticket, Chapter 2
So, as of this morning (Monday, 4/21/08), I get a "stock" email from a GM asking for all the details (details already submitted in the original ticket, btw). I supplied all the info (acount/char/realm/date/time/instance/mob/item/loot status/etc.) right away.

Re: GM Resolution of Ticket, Chapter 2
Ah, closure!
During the raid at Mt. Hyjal last night (Wednesday), the same chestpiece dropped. I won the roll and it actually appeared in my inventory!
So...the scales of justice balanced out!
