2.4.3 PTR patch notes

A couple of highlights of note include

riding skill learnable at level 30
a new 22-slot "Gigantique" bag available from Haris Pilton... for 1200g
Warlock Curse of Shadows removed, its effects being integrated into Curse of Elements
Rogue Cheat Death being nerfed
MgT difficulty nerfed
