New Spell named Divine Plea trainable at level 71.
While channeling this spell, you gain 50% of your total mana over 6 sec.
5 min cooldown.

OMG! you have to be kidding me.. pallies were a pain in the arse to deal with then they don't have mana.. now they can regain it every 5 min.. PVP people get a pally for instant win :P

yup. pallies are still probably the worst pvp healers (though I haven't paid as much attention to resto shamans as I should have). super easy to interrupt their heals, and they still can't really move around while healing.
