The current party or raid member becomes the target of your Tricks of the Trade.
The threat caused by your next attack and all actions taken for 6 sec afterwards will be transferred to the target. In addition, all damage caused by the target is increased by 15% during this time.

Its a misdirect since it sends your threat to the target. Granted, you're not going to get it till WotLK ships so its not something of mention when patch 3.0 goes live. Synergistically speaking you could use it on a hunter in conjuction with their Misdirect to give the intended target 15% more threat from the extra damage. Doubt that will happen even though hunters can FD out of that extra threat and works best on the pull alone.
Hunters have always gotten the shaft in terms of mana regen so I'm not too concerned about it. AotV making you do 50% damage...boo!
