If you've got a small stockpile of battleground marks, you may want to hold on to them for now instead of converting them to the 310 honor you get for turning in a full set at 70.



Seems to be an error in the above in that the preliminary text indicates needing a mark from WSG, AB, EOTS, and AV... but the 'objectives' replaces the AV requirement with the new SOTA mark. Either way, much better return on investment given that at 80 the value basically triples (and cost of pvp gear via honor goes up substantially as well).

personally I prob won't touch arena since it is still one sided.. Blizz won't do anything about hunters till we hit 80 because there hasn't been enough testing..

Arena pts reset when you ding 71. Honor tokens and points will no longer be reset w/ launch of LK.

The way they're setting it up, there will be 3 tiers of S5 pvp gear. The entry level tier costs honor-only, 2nd tier (better) is honor and arena points, and the 3rd tier (best) is arena points and rating.
