Warning to Enchanters
You'll probably never find yourself doing this, but just to be sure you don't...
Do not attempt to place an enchant on a Vellum unless it's in your inventory. If you are enchanting a Vellum that is in the 'Will Not Be Traded' window, you will end up enchanting the Vellum as if it's that item.
Example: Instead of creating a [item]Scroll of Enchant Weapon - Exceptional Spellpower[/item], you end up with a [item]Weapon Vellum III[/item] with +50/ spellpower on the piece of parchment. Useless, total loss of mats (you can still get a skill-up, but then enchant itself is lost).
