squads active or not
I suspect many people will be leveling there characters thru the holidays, particularly those who play more than one toon in more than one squad. This is the end of the term for many and they would just now be leveling. Altering squads in place already seems premature, but of course if you wish to do.. so you can.
Really your decision.
