Here are a list of helpful sites I use in WoW. I hope you get much use out of them.
The first site is a good map (might be a little outdated) that has a good reference of flight points.

The next site I use for quest help and for deciding what AH prices are fair and look up stats on drops by mobs in the areas I plan on traveling to.

Then there is the most popular....

This last one is good for trying to get the most out of the instances. It seems pretty complete and includes maps with boss locations.

I am sure there are others out there that I haven't found, but these are my old faithfuls.
