RL Bites
In an effort to improve my gaming experience, I launched an upgrade of my DSL service that is supposed to be effective Thursday, Aug 25.
FUBAR!  I may be offline for a day or so, very frustrating since I'm so close to leveling.

Service Restored! Only 3 1/2 hours on the phone (3 calls each to Qwest and ISP)....(sigh).
